Late last night, I decided to experiment with my sewing machine. When I have done some embroidery in the past, I did it with my grandma. I took some lessons this spring. I've had my machine for a while, but didn't have a good place to leave it set up at our previous house. We have a room in the basement that is great for a sewing/craft room. My class ended over a month ago, but this was the first time I made time to sit down and see if I could figure it out on my own. I was surprised that I did. I have plans for several gifts I want to make, and just might be hooked.
