Seriously?!!

Yesterday, I took advantage of the nice weather (for January in Iowa,) and went shopping out of town by myself. I don't mind taking Jack, but it is so much more leisurely and enjoyable to go alone. I had saved some of the money I received for Christmas, to buy fabric to make Roman shades for our kitchen window and dining area window. After going to Hobby Lobby, I had plenty of time so I also stopped in a clothing store. I couldn't believe all of the 80's inspired outfits I saw. We've been hearing that the 80's were returning in both hair and clothes. The looks are somewhat updated but still resemble things I wore in Middle School and High School! As the clerk was getting down a size for me, I looked over and said, "Are those stirrup pants?!!" She said, "Yes they are." I really don't think I can go that far. I love the leggings because they are so comfortable, but unfortunately don't look flattering on me at all. I did, however, give in and get a boyfriend jacket. I'll be able to wear it lots of different ways with lots of different things.
